Connect anything.
Ignition communicates with your technology.
Industrial environments are full of different devices, protocols, and generations of technology. Ignition makes it easy to connect them all — even without expensive converters or additional licenses.
Native Support for the Most Widely Used Industrial Protocols
Ignition includes native drivers for devices from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi, as well as for standard protocols like Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, IEC 61850, and others. Thanks to this, devices can be connected quickly — without the need for converters or additional tools.
Universal Connectivity via OPC UA
Ignition features a built-in OPC UA server and client, enabling communication with any device that supports this open standard. Whether it’s SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, or advanced analyzers, everything can work together within a single platform.
